General Terms and User Agreement

New users often ask what to read before starting; the answer is simple: when using BDJOY App, BDJOY APK, or BDJOY Download, follow these terms

When you open an account, you take responsibility for accurate information, age, and one account

If info is wrong, the account may lock
Don't share your login with anyone
Dhaka or other cities, the same rules

This section contains the main BDJOY service terms below Privacy Policy And Responsibility page Review once

BDJOY Bonus and Offer Rules

Offer appears, everyone clicks first, but bonuses have separate rules, and those are covered in BDJOY Terms

Same offer cannot be taken twice; for deposits made with bKash, Nagad, or Rocket, terms may differ, so read first carefully

Bonus Matching Rules

Multiple offers may not be active at the same time; check eligibility first, then BDJOY Register

Deposit limits

Each offer's minimum amount differs; in Bangladesh, usually check the mobile wallet limit first

Eligibility, account, and BDJOY Login

If you can't log in, most times it's because information doesn't match or age requirements aren't met

At least 18+ users can have an account; using multiple names on the same phone is not allowed, even in Dhaka anyway

Use your own name and number
Enter correct password
Regularly check login for security

If you need more guidance BDJOY Help Page There you'll find information on login problems, app usage, and account verification

When offers can be canceled

Violating rules may cancel offers; false information, duplicate accounts, or suspicious activity are on this list

Creating new profiles repeatedly from one phone can cause problems; thus keep stable information when using the BDJOY App

Security breach

Sharing password may limit service; manage your own account

Incorrect

Name, number, and wallet details must match; otherwise a review is needed later, wasting time logging in

Free spins and service limits

If free spins are available, they have separate terms, sometimes 24 hours, sometimes 3 days, so check the time

Which games will run or not is also written in the BDJOY APK notice shown; please follow the screen notice

The offer may expire
May be used on specific games
The terms vary by country
